Management
Martin Roy
He holds an MBA and is a chartered accountant. He has many years of experience as a chief financial officer and CEO, notably in manufacturing. He is currently president of Aliments La Bourgeoise Inc. and concentrates mainly on business development and top management of the company.
Jacques Roy
He holds a bachelor’s degree in food science and technology. He previously held positions as plant manager and quality control manager at two major Canadian food companies before joining the team in 2001. As vice president – development, his main duties are product development and ongoing improvement of management and quality control systems.
André Fugère
He held a number of supervisory positions at major agrifood companies for over 20 years before joining the team in 2005. As production manager, he oversees all activities related to production, quality control and operational performance monitoring.
André Turgeon
He holds a bachelor’s in business administration, he his an certified management accountant. He held experiences in financial services and agrifood industry before joining the team in 2007. As administrative manager, his main duties are to optimize administrative system with serious and efficiency.
History
July 1992
Gisèle Roy and Jacques Dionne founded Aliments La Bourgeoise Inc. Presence of our famous parmesan fondue on the market gradually expanded at retail grocery stores in Quebec.
2001
Jacques Dionne retired and Martin Roy became partner. Company developed new products: cheese sticks, spinach triangles, jalapenos pops, etc. Restaurant’s sector is addressed with frozen line of products and distribution territory expended to whole Canada.
2005
Gisèle Roy retired and Martin Roy increased his management team to help him to develop the company. The growing has continued and company began to export in United State.

Aliments La Bourgeoise Inc. is a company interested by American and Canadian markets witch commercialize cheese hors d’oeuvre healthy, convenient, appetizing and flavourful for wonder and enchantment in order to enhance your delight.
